These terms govern the LandBankSearch affiliate program. Every signed-in account gets a referral link automatically; using that link to refer someone means you accept these terms.
1. What you earn
You earn 20% of each successful payment made by a customer you referred, for 12 months from their first payment. Commission is calculated on the pre-tax amount of the payment, before payment-processing fees. If a customer upgrades, downgrades, or switches between monthly and annual billing, you earn 20% of whatever they actually pay during those 12 months.
2. Who counts as referred
Someone counts as your referral when they reach LandBankSearch through your link and create a new account afterwards. Anyone who already had an account before they clicked your link, and anyone who already subscribes, does not count. A referral is recorded once and belongs to the first affiliate who referred that person. The referred account’s first paid subscription must begin within 12 months of sign-up; after that the referral expires and no commissions accrue.
3. When you get paid
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment clears — that window is what lets a refund or dispute settle before we pay it out. We send payouts to the PayPal address on your affiliate page once your payable balance reaches $50. Payouts are sent manually, so allow a few business days. Balances below the minimum roll over rather than expiring.
4. No self-referral
Referring yourself, an alternate account of your own, or a member of your household is not allowed, and those commissions will be reversed. The same applies to referrals generated by automated traffic, misrepresentation of what LandBankSearch is, or bidding on our brand terms in paid search.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reversed. A reversal that lands after we have already paid you is deducted from your next payout.
6. Tax
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. Affiliates in the United States must provide a completed W-9 before total payouts reach $600 in a calendar year; we cannot send further payouts until we have it.
7. Changes to the program
We may change or end the program at any time. Commissions already earned at the time of a change are honored under the terms in effect when they were earned. We may suspend an account and withhold unpaid commissions where we find fraud or abuse of these terms.
