- What does “buy now” mean here?
- Parcels that went through an auction without selling roll into a post-auction sale at a published price — no bidding, first application wins. That's most of the pool at any given time, and it's where the floor prices live.
- What's the catch with auctioned tax land?
- Do your own diligence: parcels are mostly unimproved land sold as-is, some are landlocked or in flood zones, and tax-sale deeds can carry redemption or title-insurance wrinkles that vary by state.
